IMPLEMENTATION OF THE HEALTHY KITCHEN PROGRAM TO OVERCOME STUNTING IN KOBER VILLAGE, WEST PURWOKERTO DISTRICT, BANYUMAS REGENCY

Abstract
Kober sub- district, west Purwokerto sub- district is one of the areas implementing the Dahsat program. However, it still faces various obstacles so that researchers are interested in conducting research. This study aims to analyze and describe the healthy program of the stunting kitchen in the center of Kober Kur District Kuru Purwokerto Batumas District Banyumas. This research uses Qualitative Descriptive Method. Determination of informants is done by purposive sampling and snowball sampling technique. The technique of collecting the data is in in-depth interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the healthy kitchen program was over stunting in Kober sub-district west Purwokerto sub- district Banyumas district in the compliance aspect in the accordance with the rules or SOP (Operational Standards Of Procedures) that were set by policy. Then, in the aspect of the policy / what's happinging implementation process is still obstacle. This is there constraints such as the minimal budget for the implementation of the Dahsat program, the uncertainty of the given target food, should be for the baduna but be eaten by others, and parents who do not accept the statement that his son experienced stunting.
